Notes from a Train-hopping Le贸nite 馃槃馃枻
From the online teacher training sessions to unpacking and repacking my suitcase (Yes, I am now convinced that I have enough jumpers!馃槄), I am ready for Kent and my Spanish adventure! 馃槉 It is crazy how time works, I never thought I would be doing an Erasmus+ programme a year ago, and now here I am!
After my morning coffee and checking the house frantically for any last-minute belongings to pack, it was time to leave home. My mum tightly hugged me goodbye and asked if I had everything, which I did! 馃グ✅️ Then, it was time to board my first train to London, with the second train being a connecting one to Ashford. As my suitcase and I sit together, I glance back at my hometown with an anxious smile, as its humble surroundings slip away into the morning light. My mind cannot help but ponder upon what Kingswood will be like..馃 What will be served for dinner? What is it like to share a room? What will the rest of my in-person training be like? Aside from my running thoughts, luckily the online interactions have taken the majority of my anxiety away, for instance, I will not be walking into a room full of strangers but familiar faces instead :) Now that the online interactions are complete, this Leonite is ready more than ever for the next stage of her adventure at Kingswood! 馃榿Until then, "Ciao for now!" or shall I say “Adios?!” 馃嚜馃嚫馃挆 xx
